Isaiah 28 : 9
"Whom shall he teach knowledge? And whom shall he make to understand doctrine?"

Matthew 11:13 :
"For all the prophets and the law
prophesied until John."

The prophets referred to above are the prophets of the Old Testament, and the Law is the ceremonial law of Moses the prophet. All of those are in the Old Testament. So it should be remembered that during the period of the Old Testament prophets and under the ceremonial law of Moses, the prophets had prepared for us various Bible prophecies, it is only today that these ends are expressed in the sense of fulfilling the prophecy of Amos 3 : 7 which says: "SURELY THE LORD GOD WILL DO NOTHING, BUT HE REVEALETH HIS SECRET UNTO HIS SERVANTS THE PROPHETS.”

So even though the Christian world today in this time of the end does not recognize any of the end-time prophets, who have revealed to us the mysteries of God in the SPIRIT OF THE PROPHECY, we must be sure that all the secrets things of the prophecies of the Old Testament prophets, and of the book of Revelation, even in the various parables of Jesus in the New Testament, which have been revealed and interpreted in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY belong unto us. And all of them as rules of implementation of the Basic Law of the Ten Commandments must be obeyed. Moses as the first Law scientist ever known in the Bible said :

“The secret things belong unto the Lord our God : but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this l a w.” -- Deuteronomy 29 : 29.

One of the Old Testament prophets who prophesied most of our problems of this time of the end is Isaiah the prophet. This prophet of God lived between 600 and 500 years before Christ. His most famous remark now to be as an instrument of testing to test our faith is : "To the Law and to the Testimony, if they speak not according to this words, it is because there is no light in them." – Isaiah 8 : 20.

The Law of the Ten Commandments is the foundation of the faith of God's people in all ages. The Law is the Constitution of the Kingdom of God, and the Testimony is of Jesus that contains the Rules of Implementation of the Constitution. The Constitution is a product made by God the Father, while the rules of Implementation are the products of Jesus the Son. In the New Testament the Testimony is known as the Testimony of Jesus, and after all the secrets things of God are revealed in the end of this age, then the name Testimony of Jesus is again developed into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY to fulfill the prophecy of Revelation 19 : 10.

Another Old Testament prophet whose prophetic word is very important to us is the prophet Daniel. To the beloved prophet of God the angel Gabriel said:

"But thou, O Daniel, shut up the word, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and the knowledge shall be increased. And he said, Go thy way, Daniel : for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried ; but the wicked shall do wickedly : and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand."- Daniel 12 : 4, 9 - 10.

We all understand that the secrecy of Daniel’s book is kept only until the time of the end. Since we are now living in the time of the end, the book of Daniel followed by the book of Revelation as its complement should have been fully interpreted in the SPIRIT OF THE PROPHECY by the end-time prophets. So, the end-time Christians of the Laodicean Church, who still neglect Daniel's book and its complement the book of Revelation, they would have neglected all other books of the Old Testament prophecies as well, and they will fall into the category of the wicked who can no longer understand to be purified, made white and tried.

Revelation 3 : 14 - 22 predicted how the General Conference of SDA in 1888 rejected the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 the first time presented to them in Minneapolis, USA.

John the Revelator said :

"And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write : These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of Creation of God ; I know thy works, that thou are neither cold nor hot : I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing ; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked : …. " -- Revelation 3 : 14 - 17.

Because of the rejection of the message in 1888, the spiritual conditions of the General Conference of SDA and all its ministers as angel of the Laodicean Church fell dramatically in sin of the so-called neither cold nor hot. The largest part of the Laodicean people are now implicated in the sin. Nevertheless, the opportunity to return to repentance is still open, for Jesus still offers them the following solution:

"I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich ; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye-salve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten : be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock : if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me." - Revelation 3 : 18 - 20.

The offer of gold, white raiment, and eye salve is in fact the same with the Call for a Spiritual Revival and Reformation delivered by the servant of God Mrs. Ellen G. White through the Review and Herald dated February 25, 1902. But she herself did not managed to make it happen for us until her death in 1915.

Therefore, by the coming again of the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 through Bro. Victor T. Houteff in 1929 to have the Call for the spiritual revival and reformation to be materialized in 1935, then is complete the message of the Call for a spiritual revival and reformation presented to the General Conference of SDA as the angel of the Laodicean Church at the end of the world today.

Therefore, after the Spiritual Reform having successfully reorganized the General Conference of SDA in Waco, Texas in 1935, then is fulfilled the word of Jesus, that the angel of the Laodicean Church and all his ministers should have been spewed out of His mouth. Heaven and all its inhabitants will no longer recognize them, neither the angel of the Laodicea nor his ministers of the gospel to represent them here on earth.

The fate of the Laodiceans who are
the diehard followers of the Laodicean angel at this time

Since the time of probation is still open in the heavenly court of justice, it means that everyone of us, either priest or minister of the gospel, who have on and on continued to oppose reform, or the ordinary members of those diehard followers of the priest, and ministers of the gospel, who have been constantly rejecting various prophecies of the Bible presented to them, or anyone else who may have been considered holy for his devotion, God continues to offer gold, white raiment and eye salve. For this reason the Lord through prophet Isaiah has prophesied as follows:

"WHOM SHALL HE TEACH KNOWLEDGE ? AND WHOM SHALL HE MAKE TO UNDERSTAND THE DOCTRINE? THEM THAT ARE WEANED FROM THE MILK, AND DRAWN FROM THE BREASTS. FOR PRECEPT MUST BE UPON PRECEPT, PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT; LINE UPON LINE, LINE UPON LINE; HERE A LITTLE, AND THERE A LITTLE : FOR WITH STAMMERING LIPS AND ANOTHER TONGUE WILL HE SPEAK TO THIS PEOPLE. TO WHOM HE SAID, THIS IS THE REST WHEREWITH YE MAY CAUSE THE WEARY TO REST ; AND THIS IS THE REFRESHING : YET THEY WOULD NOT HEAR. BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD WAS UNTO THEM PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT, PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT ; LINE UPON LINE, LINE UPON LINE ; HERE A LITTLE, AND THERE A LITTLE ; THAT THEY MIGHT GO, AND FALL BACKWARD, AND BE BROKEN, AND SNARED, AND TAKEN.” – Isaiah 28 : 9 – 13.

Due to the fact that the prophecies of Isaiah, as well as all other prophecies of the Old Testament prophets are to be fulfilled in this time of the end, then let the prophecy of Isaiah chapter 28 above be understood as follows:

The Knowledge and the Doctrine are unavoidably to be the Basic Law or the Constitution of the Heavenly Kingdom, and the Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY as its rules of implementation.
The Laodicean people who have been reborn or baptized by their mothers / pastors or angels of the church of the Laodicean; if they are willing to be taught knowledge and to be made understand the doctrine, they have to get off the milk and stop feeding on the mothers, meaning they have to stop depending on the old sermons and the old and no longer salvaging Sabbath School lessons. Remember ! The Prophecy of Zechariah 4 : 6 : "Not by might (of priests and their sermons), nor by power (of Organization of the General Conference of SDA and their Sabbath Schools), but by MY SPIRIT (on the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY)." ( additions from me the writer )
The laws of God, the Bible, and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY will be taught to them PRECEPT MUST BE UPON PRECEPT, PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT; LINE UPON LINE, LINE UPON LINE; HERE A LITTLE, AND THERE A LITTLE. This should have been understood, because there is more than one prophecy, even parables of Jesus, predicting the same historical event in this time of the end.
There will be someone who will convey the Knowledge and Doctrine to this people, then what is meant by this people if not the Laodicean people of God from the Laodicean Church of this time of the end ? Yes, they are those who are to escape from under the leadership of the angel of the Laodicean Church, their mother, who had originally baptized them into the Laodicean Church of SDA.
With lips stuttering and with another language H e will speak to this people. Since this "people" are already known to represent the Seventh day Adventists people of the Laodicean Church of this time of the end, then the one in question is unavoidable the servant of the Lord, prophet Victor T. Houteff, a Bulgarian-American citizen, who has originally conveyed the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 in the United States in English, which is not of his own language.

"For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing : yet they would not hear. But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line, here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." --- Jesaya 28 : 9 - 13.

Brother ! The servant of the Lord Bro. Victor T. Houteff has come as the last of the end-time prophets since 1929 ago. And he is the man, who had united the angelic message of Revelation 18 : 1 with the third angel's message from Revelation 14 into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10. The SPIRIT OF PROPHECY which contains all the rules of implementation of the Ten Commandments as the basic Law will give us the Laodicean people to rest, who are tired of being exhausted by milk that has never been exchanged from time to time to any strong meat in these last days. Not even that, for the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY is also a "REFRESHNG" for us, is not it?

But unfortunately, because the angel of the Laodicean Church or the General Conference of SDA and all his diehard followers will not listen to him. They still refused to welcome the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 as well as Houteff himself as the last end-time prophet. Although the prophet E.G. White herself as founder of the Laodicean Church of SDA had ever asserted:

"Then I saw another mighty angel commissioned to descend to the earth, to unite his voice with the third angel, and give power and force to his message. Great power and glory were imparted to the angel, and as he descended, the earth was lightened with his glory. The light which attended this angel penetrated everywhere as he cried mightily, with strong voice, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”......... This message seems to be an addition to the third message, joining it as the midnight cry joined the second angel ‘s message in 1844.” -- Early Writings, p. 277.

The prophet Isaiah in his prophetic sayings above affirms that although the angel of the Laodicean Church and all his diehard followers continue to refuse to listen to the Call for a Spiritual Revival and Reformation, the humble servant of the Lord would have said : “But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line, here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." --- Isaiah 28 : 9 - 13.

That is, if the WORD of GOD for us will bring in rest and refreshing, then that same WORD will eventually bring disaster to them; they are to fall backward, and crushed, and trapped and caught. For this the servant of God, Mrs. White is reminding :

"Let ministers and people remember that the gospel truth ruins if it does not save.” -- Testimonies, vol. 5, p. 134.

That is, all those who neglect to welcome the call of the prophet Isaiah above, as Laodicean people they will leave their other fellow Laodiceans, and then to fall back and be caught for further to be slaughtered as those mentioned in the prophecies of Isaiah 66 : 16 - 19 and Ezekiel chapter 9, which is soon to come to pass in the near future.

Conclusion

In the prophetic language prophet Isaiah offered the question: "WHOM SHALL HE TEACH KNOWLEDGE ? AND WHOM SHALL HE MAKE TO UNDERSTAND THE DOCTRINE?" The Prophet himself replied : "THEM THAT ARE WEANED FROM THE MILK, AND DRAWN FROM THE BREASTS.” Since this prophecy will only be revealed and interpreted in this time of the end, then after being birth / in the sense of being baptized into the Laodicean Church, and after having been raised by mother's milk for so long time, one should have turned to the strong meat that fit him for growth to an adult. However, since strong meat has never more been available, and the mother's milk is no longer a source of growth, it is not surprising if the servant of God Mrs. White should have said: "Many of those whose names are registered on the Church books are not Christians.” --- Review & Herald, May 21, 1901. That is, that many baptisms given to the outsiders have failed to change their status from outsiders to God's people. For this the Servant of God Mrs. White again said:

"The Lord does not now work to bring many souls into the truth, because of the church members who have never been converted and those who were once converted but who have backslidden. What influence would these unconsecrated members have on new converts ? Would they not make of no effect the God-given message which His people are to bear ?" -- 6 Testimonies, p. 371.

"There are many ministers who have never been converted ……. Christ is not abiding in their hearts by faith." - Review and Herald, vol. 2, p. 337.

Gold, white raiment, and eye salve, which the prophet Isaiah declared to be the KNOWLEDGE and the DOCTRINE, are in fact nothing else than only THE LAW and THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS. The LAW is the Basic Law of the Ten Commandments of GOD, which is the Constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven that has been permanently for ever and ever. THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS is what has been changeable and developed ever since the beginning up to the end of the present world into the BIBLE and the SPIRIT OF THE PROPHECY. THE BIBLE has been interpreted all of its contents into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY by the end-time prophets, as prophesied in Zechariah chapter 4 and Amos 3 : 7.

The KNOWLEDGE AND the DOCTRINE which are also the gold, white raiment, and eye salve, consisting of the LAW and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY that we can accept, if the main requirement is fulfilled, that is, if we want to stop sucking on the mother. That is, only if we want to completely stop depending on the angel of the Laodicean Church and his SDA ministers. But since the appeal of Jesus through the words of the prophet Isaiah was also not as yet willing to be obeyed up to now, the prophet Jeremiah then more firmly asserted :

"Thus says the LORD: 'Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.” -- Jeremiah 17 : 5.

Since God is now having the reign in His own hands, then through His own appointed teachers all the people who have weaned from the milk, who are now scattered here and there in small groups throughout the Davidian, all of them will be made to see eye to eye, to have the same mind, and to speak the same things. Thus it is, that at the same moment all the Chaff categorized Davidians would have been sifted out. Then the prophecy of Ezekiel chapter 9 or Isaiah 66 : 16 - 19 is soon to be fulfilled. Thus, the long-awaited purification of the Laodicean Church is soon to be realized. The 144,000 elected saints of God would have to come up on the stage of world history. Then the speech of each Christian at the glorious moment would have to be fulfilled according to what Jesus himself had ever taught us long ago : …. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on the earth as it is in Heaven ……… !
